HOW TO ADOPT
We strive to make our adoption process as easy as possible, while ensuring that animals in our rescue find great lifelong homes.

To be approved to adopt, please fill out an adoption application as a first step. Our pets are at foster homes, so an appointment will be needed for them to be brought to the clinic. This approval process can often be completed very quickly – usually within two business days. Then we will set up a time to meet the pet. Pets are not held for you during the application process, as we may be working on multiple applications for the same pet.

Once approved, you simply pay the adoption fee and take your new family member home! If you are not ready to take your new pet home, Crossroads Animal Hospital offers short term boarding until you can pick him or her up.
Please note that although you can fill out and email an adoption application to crossroadsanimalrescuesc@gmail.com to be approved, the pet will not be held for you until we have approved you to adopt and obtain payment of the adoption fee.
